SHIPPING POLICY

**PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS MAY OCCUR DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS**

Current turnaround time: 14-16 business days not including weekends & holidays.

 

Shipping costs and delivery time frame will depend on buyer’s choice. Once the order is shipped, Moonlight spell shop is not liable for delayed, damaged or stolen goods. Moonlight spell shop is not responsible for any replacements or refunds. Shipping insurance can be added to orders at an additional fee at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or any additional fees. 

 

Please make sure that the address provided is correct prior to completing your transaction. Moonlight spell shop is not responsible for any and all packages being lost or stolen due to incorrect address being provided.

All orders will be sent to the address provided during checkout. Any address changes or updates must be requested within 2hrs after paying via email to moonlightspellshop@gmail.com and will be charged a $5 address change fee.

 

Please be advised that all returned items will be charged new shipping fees. No exceptions.

Production time varies from item to item. Buyer will be made aware of complete turnaround time for custom items before invoice and payment is sent.

Domestic shipments

  • United States Postal Service First Class Package Service: December 15

  • USPS Priority Mail: December 17

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: December 19

**Any orders placed on or after the deadlines dates are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.**

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

All sales are final! That includes but not limited to custom orders, apparel, candles, made to order, international, gift sets, crystals, kits, spiritual supplies, and jewelry. Buyer has 2hrs to make alterations to design, material, or sizing of custom/made to order items, after that we do not allow alterations. Extra fees may apply for certain materials. If you receive an item(s) from us that is incorrect you may contact me with your order number in the subject line and I will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct item(s) originally ordered. I do not allow refunds or cancellations due to impatience or in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
